The competition was a staggering success with more than 20 contributors the first 4 hours of the competition and we received many many more. Many of you had the same suggestions or ideas, so I’m sure Michael Lee had his work cut out for him, trying to pick the best ones. But here they are…:

Winners !

Sam Kar – “It would be great if it could use the Windows Xp to 7 inbuild CD/DVD writing capability to allow backing-up/saving to a CD/DVD.”

David Dee – “…when I am ready to perform the backup it would be nice if the program asked me to create a “new folder”, this way I don’t have to create the “new folder” before-hand”

Manoj Verma - “I’d like to see burn a disc feature using Driver Magician to back up all the drivers on a DVD/CD”

Vic Limbo – “Maybe enhancement on driver detection and fast servers on drivers will be awesome”

John J Vickers – “I would like to see a scheduler, so drivers could be checked for updates on a weekly or monthly or whatever schedule”

Mark W – “I would like driver magician to have the ability to back up all drivers to cd/dvd and make the drivers a auto installing archive”

Ranuka Perera – “The ability to upload the drivers into a cloud and/or make a community to find the correct driver someone else used. (helps in cheap Chinese devices where the driver cd’s don’t work)”

hueyfming – “I would like to see automatic drivers updating.”

jas baker – “Find and download most recent versions of the drivers on my laptop.”

Eero Piilokivi - “I would prefer it to have better user function on how to install certain driver updates. For me the Driver Magician has worked in terms of finding the drivers to update but the installation has been complex and sometimes the drivers can not be installed which is just frustrating.”

And yet again, there you have it. Your opinions count and it really pays of to share them here on our site.

Congratulations to all !
