If you are like me and never use Windows Messenger, you may want to remove it. In this guide, you’ll learn how to remove Windows Messenger from Windows XP.
Removing Windows Messenger
To remove Windows Messenger, do the following:
- Click Start > Control Panel
- Double click Add or Remove Programs
- In the left-hand menu, click on Add/Remove Windows Components
- Scroll down and uncheck Windows Messenger. Press Next
- Windows Messenger will now be removed
- Press Finish
Windows Messenger is now removed from your computer.
