Windows Vista Tweaks

There are some great programs out there – available to you for free – that will help you tweak Microsoft Windows Vista. Here are a list of the best programs available – now you don’t have to search for them and wonder if they are any good.

Please backup your files/create restore points etc before you use these files.

Vista Tweaker

Vista Tweaker

VistaTweaker is a complete tweaking utility designed for windows vista. Has software, performance, usability and other kinds of tweaks to improve the overall Vista experience. It’s easy to use and provides descriptions for every tweak and setting.

XdN Tweaker

XdN Tweaker provides a wealth of system adjustments and fine-tuning options Definitely needed in the professional system maintainer’s toolbox of applications.

Vista4Experts

Vista4Experts

Vista4Experts is kind of a treat for computer experts who don’t want security center notifications, User Account Control dialogs, automatic Windows Defender scannings, automatic update installations (which cause you to reboot your system if you don’t react quickly enough). People who want MSDN (or google) set as default search engine in the Internet Explorer search bar, who want the start menu power button to shut down the system instead of hibernating it, etc. These and many more fixes are included in Vista4Experts. All of these changes can be discarded, enabled or reversed.

WinBubble

WinBubble

WinBubble will help you to Customize and Tweak your Windows Vista easily. Its features cover Customization, Security and Optimization.

WinBubble will help you to change your Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Information’s and Logo without knowing the registry tricks.

WinBubble can do so much more and I recommend this program.
