giveaways

Every holiday I receive several requests from dedicated software developers to promote their giveaway. And this season is no different. Each time I go through them all and pick the ones I believe you, our loyal follower would love to get. This time around I thought I would collect them all in one place.

Reboot Delete File Ex Screenshot

Reboot Delete File Ex is a completely free software designed to simply delete a file on the next reboot. Sometimes you may not be able to delete a file because it is locked or in use by other applications, or because it is a malware that has protection against file deletion.

Posted by Stu On December - 15 - 2012ADD COMMENTS

While cleaning up old posts, I found this one, written by Stu some time ago. I’ve updated all the download links, added a few links to related articles, and thought I’d share his list with you. Rich.

Windows Fonts Megapack [Free Download]

Posted by Rich On January - 31 - 201259 COMMENTS

Update 1/31/2012: As MegaUpload was taken down, I moved the font zip to mintywhite servers (and got by the 20 MB file limit.) Please only download if you want a ton of fonts. The file is quite large (79.3 MB) but hopefully it’s quite convenient (plus, all the applicable licenses and credit is included for the authors that worked so hard on these fonts.)

Many readers have asked me to compile all the fonts, from this website, into one megapack. Today, James, a reader of Windows Guides gave me the push I’ve needed and I put them all together.

Download the Megapack
