PROS: Creates free collages and is simple. This tool does what it claims and does it well.

CONS: I love the simplicity of this tool, but I find it a little too simple. It would be nice to crop and edit the individual images right there on the site, but I realize this isn’t the intention of the tool.

VERDICT: This free tool is great. I’d give it a try.

PRICE: Free. Option to buy items with your collage printed on them.

You can choose from many preset designs to get you started. I chose the design highlighted below, which allows up to nine photos.

The con you mention about not being able to crop is in correct. I just tested the website, thanks for the tip it is nice.
But there is a crop button on the left side to crop a selected photo during the progress.
But it all looks pretty simple indeed. Maybe some extra options like http://www.photofunia.com/ has. I love using that.
