You'll likely have to wait for a Firmware update from Western Digital.

Also, Windows 7 has already released!

I solved my problem

EDIT: ... for about an hour.
Write caching. It is supose to increase performance by writing to the RAM instead of the disk and bursting the disk with information basically. Turn it off and green drives function normal.
EDIT: Worked for a bit then acted up again.. no idea why :S

Bad news. After WD told me to RMA it I did an advance RMA and the drive arrived today. Still has the same problem, but good news! It's a 2tb now instead of 1.5tb..
