This is the second printer that I have brought from Brothers and I am not happy at all.
First HL 2140 the drum died, to replace the came as a new one 119.95$ + Tax, next MFC 210C its slow as heck and I keep getting error messages the latest " Unable to clean " I have read the instructions and followed them very careful and I still get the same message, and to make matters worse these are four (4) new cartage's, I am 72 years old and I don't have money to throw away like this.

I would like to have real instructions as to how to fix this problem.

Thank you all in Advance

Coco107 - I'm sorry to hear that your printers aren't behaving properly. it sounds like a shoddy manufacturer. Which version of Windows do you use?

Like what? windows is completely up to date as are the rest of my programs as far as I can see.

I moved the print head to the center like they asked and it still didn't do anything.

Have you ever tried a program by this name? " TeamViewer "

No i've never tried it.
This seems to be a problem with your printer as opposed to a Windows problem. If your printer has the latest drivers/firmware etcetera, then there's no reason for it not to work on Vista. Exercise your warranty if you still have it.

Is the error code from the printer “Unable to Clean” ???
