If you build your own Pc, i heard it's very expensive. but it's faster and fun. You can easily overclock your CPU's. building a Laptop is harder i heard too.

Well if you built the pc yourself then you dont have to pay men at work! You get also the choice on how to choose the configuration. You can have a cheap pc lets say arround 330 dollars with all necessary to play direct X10 games. Laptop is little bit more complicated and I suggest to go for an expert.

and NO, is not hard to do it! and is not expensive :)I was working for 2 years in a computer shop where i was building PCs as well

Difficulty really depends on what you want to do...
It's kind of like a car :
Most folks can change a spark plug, replace the battery, etc
But it is difficult and requires some skill to pull the engine, rebuild, boar out this and that, tweak and otherwise supe it up.

I think that's a slightly unfair comparison. :lol:To be able to rebuild an engine would take a lot of learning about / time. Building a PC from scratch can be done by novices over a long weekend.
