I do like the new theme, but it lacks a favicon.

Also, I noticed the expansion site and I believe that that means that it
is time to branch away from Webs. You can get a free domain name and a free
web host. On that, you can put a blog of a CMS (Content Management System).
I highly recommend this as webs is very limited and you can do so much more
with a blog or CMS.

so webs.com is not professional?? is .co.cc a website builder too?

Co.cc Is not a builder, it is only a domain. As I said, you would have to use a CMS or Blog.

This is a big step to take and, if you are not yet ready, it is fine to wait, keeping webs.
